Milky oats are the potent, unripe pod of the oat plant, harvested just before its peak when exuding the milky substance. Extracted in alcohol or vinegar, it can be taken all year long.

Traditionally, it’s known as extremely nutritive and grounding. milky oats were used for nervous system exhaustion, weak hearts, and to ease tension in the body.

anti-inflammatory, cardioprotective, and antioxidant properties may be attributed to their various phenolic compounds.
