This listing is for a seat at one of my special events held at Hot Spell Sauna.

Each elevated session includes healing herbal applications during your cooling rounds, fireside intention setting, traditional fire cupping for muscle tension, and extended sauna access (2 hrs) to stretch out your summer evening in the forest. Hot Spell’s amenities include wood-fired saunas with upper and lower benches, outdoor cold showers, sun loungers, cold towels, and is located a 5 minute walk from beach and river access, plus hiking trails, which creates a true nature immersion experience.

**Please note that Hot Spell’s summer location is nestled above Seven bridges trail in Grant park in South Milwaukee. Navigate to Fredrick C. Wulff Lodge for the most accurate GPS directions.

There are changing rooms and bathrooms on site, but for the fastest check in experience, wear your bathing suit under your clothes. You are required to bring two towels (one for sitting on, one for drying off), a non-glass water bottle, sandals for walking the grounds, and sign the Hot Spell Waiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY: TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. But they are transferable! Find a friend to buy your ticket and let me know who is coming via email, or let me know to reach out to the waitlist (if any).
