Soothing Glögg Blend ᛝ

a Scandinavian holiday treat, glögg (pronounced “glug”) is a warm spiced holiday wine, typically red with a shot of brandy, port or any additional potent ingredients (depends on the family!). I love using hot cider or wine as a sweet, smooth and comforting delivery system for bitter + nervine herbs to further chill you out and calm you down. To make, simply add a scoop of glögg blend to a tea ball and steep it in hot cider or wine.
